March 15 – 19 Give boredom the wave this Spring Break with our SeaCamp. The week-long adventure is designed for children in grades K-5th and provides a convenient option for working parents. Each camp day is from 9 am to 4 pm. $250 per child for the full week. Morning and afternoon care is available for an additional $5 per day with early drop-off starting at 8:00 am and late pick up until 5:30 pm. 10% discount for Aquarium members. SURFACES Art Show

March 04 - April 03, 2010. For our March show, MA Doran Gallery presents "Surfaces". This show consists of 10 artists whose work illustrates the variety of ways refined surfaces can be represented in paint. The mediums used range from encaustic (wax) to poly resin paintings. The end results are often textural, sensual and dynamic. Participating artists include: Marty Avrett, Laura Bowman, Brad Ellis, Laurie Goodard, Marci Crawford Harnden, Mary Ruth Hedstrom, Dennis Johnson, Vicki Owen, Poteet Victory, and Graceann Warn. Volunteers Needed for Mayfest 2010

Organizers of 2010 Tulsa International Mayfest, taking place May 13-16 in the heart of beautiful downtown Tulsa, are seeking volunteers for the festival. Mayfest volunteers are vital to the festival’s success. Each year, volunteers log thousands of hours making the festival the nationally renowned event that it has become. Both individual and corporate team volunteers are needed for the following categories: beverage sales, souvenir sales, Youth Art Gallery host, KidZone activities and artist relations. The festival needs around 800 volunteers over the four-day event. Volunteer shifts are approximately 3-4 hours each and volunteers are welcome to work one or more shifts throughout the festival. We are proud to partner with Volunteer Central of Greater Tulsa to enable our volunteers to sign up for assignments online. Not only will this process through www.1-800-volunteer.org be streamlined, it will also offer those with required service hours an easier way to track their work.
